Meet Dr. Bartels
Dr. Maya Bartels earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from LECOM School of Dental Medicine. While there, she was the president of the research group and won multiple awards for presenting innovative dental research.
Dr. Bartels is originally from Israel. She moved to Florida to study at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Bartels is a licensed dentist in Florida and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Bartels received extensive training in facial esthetics and orofacial pain through the AAFE. She provides treatments with Botulinum Toxin (Botox) and Dermal fillers.
Dr. Bartels is married to Marcus, who played football at FAU. They have two beautiful children, Madden and Malia along with their dog Bamba.
Dr. Bartels practices all phases of general, cosmetic and comprehensive restorative dentistry.
